FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most. If you can’t find what you need, our team is ready to help.
General
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Makkah and serve all of its districts. Projects outside Makkah can be discussed depending on the service.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the service type, property location and a copy of the deed via WhatsApp or the contact form, and we will send you a clear quote after reviewing your request.
Do you need to visit the site?
Some services require a site inspection, such as regularization, additions and land surveys. We will agree on a suitable visit time with you.
Building permits
Which documents are needed for a building permit?
Usually: the title deed, the owner’s ID or power of attorney, the survey decision or site sketch, and a soil test report for some buildings. We confirm the final list for your case.
How long does a permit take?
It depends on the building type, completeness of documents and how quickly authorities respond. We prepare the application carefully from the start to minimise comments and save time.
Can I start building before the permit is issued?
We strongly advise against it. Building without a permit exposes you to violations and fines, and may later require regularization or removal.
Regularization
When do I need to regularize a building?
When a building was constructed without a permit, when works breach the issued permit, or when the building must be officially documented for sale, financing or utilities.
Can every building be regularized?
It depends on code compliance and structural safety. After inspection we tell you whether regularization is possible and what remedies are needed.
Title deeds
What is the engineering office’s role in a deed update?
We carry out a precise survey, match the boundaries, lengths and area with the deed, and prepare the engineering report needed to complete the update.
What if the actual area differs from the deed?
We document the differences in the survey report and guide you to the appropriate legal procedure for your case.
Catering kitchens
Do you design kitchen extraction and fire suppression?
Yes. We design ventilation, extraction and kitchen fire suppression systems as part of the drawings required for licensing.
Can an existing building become a catering kitchen?
Often yes, after studying the site, permitted use and safety requirements. We assess the building and explain what is possible and which changes are needed.
